Jodi Brady

Jodi Brady has spent more than a decade helping high-income professionals and executives do something that sounds straightforward but rarely is: get genuinely clear on where they stand, where they’re headed, and what their money needs to do to get them there.

Her approach to advice has always started from a different place than most. Not with markets or products, but with a simple question: what do you actually want your money to help you achieve? It’s a question that cuts through the complexity most clients bring to a first meeting - the accumulated superannuation, the investment properties, the competing priorities, the vague sense that something isn’t quite adding up despite a strong income.

Over more than ten years of advising, Jodi has built deep expertise across portfolio construction, investment markets, and holistic financial strategy. But she has never believed in leading with it. For Jodi, technical capability exists to serve a purpose and that purpose is always the client’s goals, not the adviser’s credentials.

“Financial planning isn’t really about money. It’s about how you spend your time and whether the decisions you’re making today are helping you build more of the life you actually want.”

The Lifestyle Model

The bucket fills.  Every source of income and assets - salary, super, investment properties, dividends - is mapped and projected across the client’s lifetime.

The bucket drains.  Actual lifestyle costs are modelled in detail: travel, school fees, property decisions, one-off goals, and everything in between.

We manage the gap.  The model projects cash flow to age 100, identifying exactly when money may run short and what the options are to change that.

What Jodi brings to this process is the ability to take genuinely complex financial situations and make them clear - to cut through the noise, focus the conversation on what actually matters, and ensure every decision connects back to the life the client is trying to build. For executives and professionals who are often time-poor and information-rich, that clarity is not a comfort. It is a practical advantage.

That philosophy is what drew Jodi to The Lifestyle Model and what she brings to every client engagement within it. Where many advisers present a financial plan as a set of product recommendations, Jodi builds a complete picture of a client’s financial life: what they have, what they owe, what they earn, and - most importantly - what they want their future to look like.

The Lifestyle Model makes that picture tangible. It maps income, assets, liabilities, spending, and goals across a client’s entire lifetime, projecting cash flow to age 100 and clearly showing where the plan holds, where it needs attention, and which decisions will have the greatest impact. For many of Jodi’s clients, it is the first time their full financial position has ever been visible in one place.
